I’ve recently saw some videos about mass producers of meat do to animals, what does the company “Whole Foods” do?

Their meat is organic meaning that they don’t pump up the animals with antibiotics or growth hormones, however I doubt that the treatment of the animals differs that much from mass produced meat markets.
Here are their standards:
